Job summary

Our client is looking for an individual to join their current team, where you will provide full support to clients who have their fleet vehicles with the business.

The Role:
This role offers lots of variety, and will include all elements of customer service, administration, coordination and processing payments. You will need to be a confident communicator, and be able to work to specific targets.

Duties:

* Preparation of documentation for credit limit requests

* Maintain details of customers limits, terms and usage

* Complete and send all relevant finance documentation

* Provide initial quotations

* Manage and process pay-out requests

* Activating contracts and agreements

The Individual:

* Previous administration and customer service experience

* Experience working in Financial Services, Insurance or Banking and advantage

* Fully IT proficient

* Confidence to learn new systems and processes

* Desire to work as part of a team

This role is to start in January 2024, and will be until the end of June 2024, however we are looking for an individual who would like to stay longer after this duration.
