Grounds and Property Maintenance Assistant We are looking for a well-rounded, flexible and versatile grounds and property maintenance individual to join our team based at Tanshire Park, Elstead, reporting to the Estate Manager. The park comprises of 3 multi-let office buildings occupied by approximately 24 tenants within 3.5 acres of tree-lined grounds with extensive car parking. There is a large on-site cafe facility with outdoor seating as well.
