Job summary
Band 3 Admin/Clerical Officer in CraigavonIs a Full-Time position Monday to Friday 9 - 5 or Part-Time position 3 days a week
The rate of pay is £11.11 per hour
Required for 3 months in the first instance - starting asap

If you meet those criteria:
Ability to work as part of a team and to use own initiative
The ability to confidently use Microsoft packages and use of data information systems
Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise own workload.
Effective communications skills to meet the needs of the post in full.
The ability to work in a challenging and changing environment.
The ability to ensure accuracy in own work.
Co-ordinate and process a range of correspondence in accordance with agreed procedures within area of responsibility
Deal with incoming/outgoing mail and ensure that mail is distributed and redirected appropriately to relevant staff and in a timely manner
Health care experience would be preferable but not essential.
