Job summary
Search Consultancy are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join them on a permanent basis in their Crawley/Gatwick office to support the growth of our Customer Service, Internal Sales and Business Support divisions covering the south of the UK.This role is a sales based role where you will work with existing clients as well as grow your own business.
This is such an exciting time to join a UK wide recruitment business who are on of the leaders in the sector as well as join the above departments as we are going through an exciting time of growth.
There is huge potential to earn well as well as an opportunity to go into management.

Salary is negotiable dependent on experience with uncapped commission and lots of existing business to start earning straight away!
Description:
* Build rapport with candidates and clients
* Create new business opportunities through creating a marketing plan to successfully win new business
* Maximise on existing business opportunities
* Attend client meetings to pitch for new business
* Interview prospective candidates for new roles as well as presenting them to prospective businesses
* Provide a high class services to everyone via phone, email and face to face
* Advise and consult with clients on trends
Experience within recruitment is not essential to be considered for this role. The only thing you need is resilience with a strong mindset to succeed in a sales based role with huge potential.
For experienced Consultants Senior and above, a management role could be considered.
