Business Process Administrator

6 months fixed term contract to permanent

Adecco Recruitment are currently recruiting for on behalf of our client, a Business Process Advisor to work along side the Business Process Team Leader.

Salary: £22,500-£25K dependent on experience

Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off, pension scheme, free on-site parking, employee wellness programme, cycle to work scheme

Working hours: 8.30am to 5pm Mon-Fri (1 hour lunch break)

An exciting opportunity has become available to work for a successful global business that holds offices in Bamber Bridge, Preston. The role is working within a close knit, fun and friendly team that has a family feel, and the company offers excellent on-boarding and training in addition to progression within the business.

You would be looking after internal customers such as the customer services, sales force and finance teams.

This is an administrative role and not customer facing. It is data led, and includes auditing and reporting. You would look after the website/system maintenance, not just running reports.

You would assist the sales force with pricing, finance with setting up new customer accounts, and it requires a mindset that is constantly focussing on deadlines, data, audit trails.

It requires logical thought process, looking for problems and fixes them from an audit-able point of view and is responsible for data reporting, resolving issues, project work in the pipeline, and advanced level Excel as you will be creating pivot tables, doing V look-ups, totalling up cells, creating formulas, etc.
