Job summary

Our Client was formed in 1992 as an air conditioning specialist and has developed and grown into a £9 million turnover mechanical services contractor that is now part of an employee ownership trust (EOT).

They carry out projects from £2k up to £4 million, throughout the UK and most of the work carried out is designed in house, on Design and Build contracts.They currently hold ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditations and plan to achieve ISO 45001. We are proud to be Investors in People and invest in training and development of staff and associated contractors.

This role is to support the Contracts team and assist with the current expansion of the department. The role will be based at our head office, though there will be a need to attend site to carry out surveys or attend meetings potentially 2 days per week, nationally.

Our clients staff have been with us for a number of years and positions have been filled with promotions from within the company. Generally, vacancies arise from expansion.

ABOUT YOU...

We seek a talented, energetic, dynamic and proactive Senior Contracts Manager (bias towards Plumbing and Heating and/or Air Conditioning and Heat Pump technologies) with great organisation skills, a good eye for quality and an attention to detail. You will have at least 7 years' experience in a heating and cooling discipline and will have worked on site in a supervisory role. You will want to be part of a growing organisation and will be capable of looking after multiple small projects and multi site contracts too, from inception to completion at any one time.
