Job summary
Grade A Recruitment is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated Pupil Specific SEN Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic school in South Norfolk, near Attleborough. This role involves supporting a young person with learning difficulties, making a real and positive impact on their educational journey.Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one support to a pupil with learning difficulties.
* Assist with the implementation of individualized education plans.
* Collaborate with the teaching team to create an inclusive learning environment.
* Foster a positive and supportive relationship with the student.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of the pupil in all school activities.
* Contribute to maintaining a positive and encouraging atmosphere in the classroom.
Requirements:
* Experience working with students with learning difficulties.
* Understanding of SEN support strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team.
* Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a difference.
* Due to the school's location, access to your own transport is required.
