Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Pay: up to £52000
Holidays: 24 days rising to 26 + bank holidays on top of this.

Overview:
Working for a business that have production facilities located across the world we now require a Maintenance Supervisor to work closely with and assist the site Maintenance Manager.
Working within modern purpose built manufacturing facilities you will be tasked to help manage the maintenance function along side the maintenance manager.
Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor role:
Support the Maintenance Manager in the definition of the maintenance budget
Work in order to pursue the established budget aims
Collaborate with the Production Manager in order to guarantee the correct functioning of productive lines.
Support the Maintenance Manager in guaranteeing efficiency in the organization of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions
Constantly seek innovative solutions for the optimisation of productive plants and for the improvement of maintenance efficiency
Support the Maintenance Manager in the management of maintenance activities carried out by external firms.
Collaborate with the Spare Parts Warehouse Supervisor in order to ensure the efficiency of maintenance activities
Support the Maintenance Manager in the management of the personnel in charge of maintenance
Effectively intervene in the activity of installation of new equipment
Support the Maintenance Manager in the collaboration with the Purchasing Department
Promote a safety culture
The ideal candidate / Maintenance Supervisor may have some of the following experiences, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:
Previous experience working as a maintenance engineer maintaining production/plant machinery within a production/manufacturing environment or similar ideally worked in a team leading/supervisory capacity OR had some management duties within your role.
Electrically biased
Qualifications must be able to present at interview in a relevant engineering discipline.
