AV Project Manager Stockport Hybrid - £35,000 - £40,000The AV Project Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of audio-visual projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating various elements, such as Digital Signage, Video Conferencing (VC), and LED installations, within budget constraints and to the satisfaction of clients. AV Project Managers collaborate with Operations Teams to create project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery. They also play a crucial role in maintaining project documentation, implementing safety protocols, and managing risks effectively. With a focus on customer requirements and contractual obligations, AV Project Managers bring technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to achieving project objectives while upholding quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Project Management:

* Manage multiple projects across Digital Signage, VC, and LED, ensuring delivery within budget and meeting client satisfaction.
* Plan project schedules, coordinating work and resources with Operations Teams to ensure timely and budgeted project completion.
* Maintain the quality of delivered systems, adhering to established standards.
Documentation and Safety:

* Control and maintain project documentation in job files.
* Establish and maintain Health and Safety files for projects, implementing safe work systems.
* Identify and manage risks within projects effectively.
Communication and Collaboration:

* Prioritise and manage tasks for successful project completion, collaborating with various business teams to achieve objectives.
* Understand contractual requirements and interpret customer needs.
* Provide accurate labour and materials cost estimates, applying continuous learning for improved estimation in subsequent projects.
Quality Assurance:

* Ensure adherence to the companies processes and objectives to maintain quality standards.
* Provide daily/weekly reports to the Senior Project Manager/Directors.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in AV project management.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong leadership skills with a collaborative team-oriented approach.
* CTS or equivalent technical skillset.
Work Schedule:
Monday Friday (Some weekend work will be required as necessary)
