Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
* Assist customers with product-related questions, warranty claims, and service inquiries
* Coordinate with various departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or additional services
* Contribute to the improvement of aftersales processes and customer satisfaction strategies
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a customer service or aftersales role preferred

* Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools is a plus
