The Role
MUST have a Telecoms Channel/Reseller background with experience in a similar Field-Based role.
You must be able to demonstrate that you can grow, develop and support your regional business partner base.
MUST have experience and knowledge with fixed, hosted, and mobile products.
You will report back to the Head of Indirect Channel on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to maintain positive progress and achieve forecasts and targets.
To support and develop our reseller partners. To promote all products in our portfolio into the Partners business and increase both revenues and mobile connections. To proactively manage the accounts and achieve targets.

Strong communication skills are required internally with our support teams, our management, and to be our mouthpiece with clear communication skills to engage with our partners.

As a small and focused team, teamwork is paramount. A crystal clear understanding of the ethos and vision of the business and the team is essential.
To contribute and support not only your own objectives but also that of the team. If you fail the team fails and if the team fails you fail.
Problem solving
Initiative and independent solution making are required. As a home-based account manager the ability to be able to provide answers quickly and concisely to our partners without office-based support on occasion is important.
Self Management
IMPERATIVE. It is essential to be able to manage yourself and your business without being monitored. Self-discipline, motivation, and the ability to work under pressure are key.
Learning
Managing own learning, subscribe to various trade journals (CommsDealer, Comms Business, Mobile News) to keep abreast of industry and product developments. Utilize our supplier relationships to access product and sales training.

You need the attitude and behaviour of a highly successful switchless reseller, to enable you to truly understand and work with your partners. Adopting and sharing winning initiatives across your partner base to make everyone more successful.
