Job summary

Adecco are excited to be recruiting for a Compliance Team Leader to join a welcoming and friendly client in the ST4 area.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an extremely progressive client who are constantly growing and offer fantastic progression opportunities.

Salary: £28000 - £32000 DOE

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

This role consists of managing a team of compliance administrators, ensuring that all compliance bookings are made and communicated well in advance of events being due, in addition to ensuring that all post event documentation is received and in an agreed format. The compliance team leader is expected to uphold values, develop professionalism and client driven behaviour within the team and ensure best practices are always followed.

Key responsibilities include:

Effective Performance Management
Monitor and report on Compliance Slippage
Monitor and report on outstanding compliance documents, ensuring the team follow the correct procedures for suppliers failing to abide by agreed timescales.
Provide the Operations manager with daily/ weekly reports on slippages and missing documents.
Ensure that PCN's are processed within company guidelines.
Any additional duties identified for the benefit of the department/ business.Key Skills

Prioritise workloads on a day-to-day basis.
Effectively manage time to ensure workload remains up to date.
Excellent customer communication and administration at all times.
Experience of working within a similar role
