We are looking for a proven 180 Recruitment Consultant to join our successful recruitment team. Our white/blue collar teams already have working relationships with key players in the market, decision makers are mapped out, you just need to build the relationships on the contracts side.
Success will come quickly on this desk for someone willing to put in the hard work straight away!

Responsibilities:
Working with our Director - Develop new business opportunities/leads via multi channels
Plan & conduct regular business development activity with current clients to maintain and further develop relationships.
Identify potential candidates to fulfil clients requirements using innovative candidate attraction strategies.
Generate, follow-up & share client & candidate leads.
Manage candidates & clients through the recruitment process, including managing the expectations of both parties.
Work with both teams and managers to achieve personal and team KPIs & objectives.
Demonstrate a commitment to candidate care and database development.
Uphold high standards of data integrity across all records that you encounter.
Build your network of clients & candidates to ensure you become the go to Contracts Consultant for your specialist areas.
Build & share technical/market knowledge of your area with colleagues, clients & candidates.
Work with your team to ensure team targets & objectives are hit.
