Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of skilled ecologists, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional project delivery.

Collaborate with clients and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
Oversee the planning and execution of ecological surveys, assessments, and impact studies.
Lead in the development of innovative ecological solutions and contribute to the company's thought leadership in the field.
Monitor and assess the financial performance of the ecology department and make data-driven decisions to achieve revenue targets.Qualifications:
Extensive experience in ecological consulting, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
Strong knowledge of UK environmental regulations and policies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Visionary thinking and the ability to identify opportunities for sustainable growth and innovation.
Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets.
