Production TechnicianSalary:£36,379-£40,788 inclusive of shift premium
Location:Plymouth, PL6 7BP
A brand new permanent position for a production technician based in plymouth. The shift pattern is 11-23 Continuous shift, 3 on, 3 off
23-11 Continuous shift, 3 on, 3 off
Main responsibilities will include:
Attending electro-mechanical faults, diagnosing and repairing in a timely manner to keep up with production targets.
Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and refurbishing offline machinery and ancillaries.
Supporting engineering in the installation and validation of new equipment and technology and ensuring a smooth and acceptable transfer to production.
Ensuring that all existing and new equipment and processes are operated in compliance with all current Quality Control, Health & Safety and Environmental legislation and regulatory requirements.
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified electrical or mechanical technician, with a minimum level 2 qualification in a relevant engineering qualification.
Manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
Organized and motivated to work proactively within a team to achieve results.Benefits
