Events Co-Ordinator Medical Devices IndustryOutline: This is fantastic opportunity for someone to work for an award-winning company as an Events Coordinator, working with amazing medical devices.

The Role:
* This is great Events Coordinator position, based from the Head Office in Slough, coordinating a wide range of events.
* You will be working on anything from smaller professionals CPD educational meetings, up to major international trade shows.
* You will be responsible for the coordination and dispatch of various equipment, including display items, literature, demo equipment, and other training materials.
* In this role, you will work from the Head Office as the on site events team will manage all on-site works (you might attend events on the odd occasions).
* It's vital to carry out inspection of all returned display goods, making sure items are received in a suitable condition, recording any issues and managing the repairs / replacement process.
* You will ensure items are stored correctly and ready for the next event, updating the ERP system throughout the day.
* In this role you will liaise with colleagues and trade partners in the field, via phone or email, regarding queries or questions that relate to the equipment, deliveries etc.
* You'll process outgoing equipment shipments via specialist courier services, and you'll ensure documentation is correct at all times to comply with Medical Devices Regulations (as required).
* Full training is provided on these specialist items, along with a continued development program.
Package:
* Basic salary: Up to £33k

The Ideal Person:
* Anyone with a similar background, having worked in an events coordinator or similar role.
* You could've worked across various events or entertainment sector coordinator roles, as long as you have the warehouse and distribution experience to go with it.
* It is vital to have must have experience dealing with external customers or businesses, and not just internal colleagues.
* Part of the role will be warehouse based duties, storing and shipping the events items, asssit the warehouse staff with you items, and you must be parpared for this part of the role.
* You will need experience carrying out administration duties, using the telephone and email systems to speak with colleagues and customers, this role will have you speaking to all levels within the business.
* You will be dealing with sensitive medical devices in a regulated industry, you must have a first time right attitude!
* It's essential you have excellent written English and attention to detail as accurate record keeping is vital.
* An outgoing personality and excellent people skills, theyre key!
* The ideal person lives in the Windsor, Maidenhead, Slough or surrounding area as this is suitable for commuting to the regional office.
