Pure Care are currently searching for an experienced Clinical Manager to join the team at an established Private Hospital in Leicester. We are seeking a passionate Clinical Manager / Director of Clinical Services with a relevant qualification (RMN/RNLD qualified, ideally with active NMC PIN) and strong managerial skills.Clinical Manager Vacancy reference: PK75513
* Monday to Friday, Full time, permanent role
* £60,000 to 65,000 per annum
* Flexible working hours (8-4 core hours)
* 30 bedded service
This acute inpatient Mental Health service provides a safe and stabilising environment for both men and women, offering holistic and supportive treatment. They aim to assess and treat service users in the least restrictive environment and plan for discharge in a robust and timely fashion.
As Clinical Manager, you will be leading a multi-disciplinary team of care professionals with a shared passion and commitment for delivering the highest standards of care. You will hold overall responsibility for the day to day management of the service shared with the Hospital Director, and will play a key role in ensuring that the companys high standards are implemented and adhered to throughout.
As the Clinical Manager / Director of Clinical Services you will be a strong and dedicated leader, who is passionate about delivering consistently high levels of care. You will be organised and proactive, using your clinical expertise to make a real difference to the staff team and services users alike.

Clinical Manager skills and experience:
* RMN or RNLD qualified ideally with Active NMC PIN
* Preferably 2+ years of managerial experience within a care environment, e.g. Deputy Manager, Registered Manager, Clinical Manager or similar
* Have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to motivate and lead staff to deliver operational objectives and standards
Key duties of the Clinical Manager role will include:
* Leading by example to ensure consistently high levels of care are maintained
* Day to Day management of the hospital supported by the Hospital Director
* Promote professional, clinical training & care & support planning within the home to maintain the health, welfare and wellbeing of the residents.
* Manage, maintain and oversee Registered nurses
* Clinical audits and reporting
