Job summary
Area Sales Manager for South of England RequiredJob Role: The Area Sales Manager role will compliment the existing team and continue the expansion and growth of the business maximising sales opportunities and revenue growth from both existing account customers and a new business development. Covering the South of England. Reporting to the operations director this individual will be empowered to identify & analyse potential new sources of business that fall into the categories of new markets.
Experience:
* 2-3 years of industry related sales experience is required.
* Demonstration of an understanding of the target construction market and its culture.
* Ability to create and build on new and existing business. Proven track record in sales.
* Possess excellent communication skills.
* Have the ability to work independently.
* Be self-motivated and target driven.
* Good strategic planning skills.
* Have a good understanding of IT e.g. Microsoft Word.
* Someone who wants to or has already worked in a field based role.
Desirable Experience; Plant Sales, tipper sales, drum mixer sales or Rental background
Package:
* Salary is £32k-£55k OTE.
* The role is permanent and full time.
* A company car, phone & laptop are provided along with a fuel card.
* You will receive 24 days Holiday plus bank holidays.
* Work a Mon-Fri 40 hour week and the role is remote travelling to locations required.
* Driving License is required.
