Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand our client base. Understand clients' recruitment needs, company culture, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels including CRM data, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify and attract high-quality candidates. Conduct thorough candidate screening to match them with appropriate jobs.
Interviewing and Evaluation: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and personality fit. Using your expertise to evaluate and qualify candidates against client specifications.
Market Research: Stay informed about the latest industry news, competitor activities, and salary benchmarks to offer strategic insights to clients and candidates alike.
Negotiation: Facilitate offers and negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties.
Experience and Qualifications:
A proven track record in recruitment, preferably with a minimum of 2 years experience in a recruitment consultant position.
In-depth understanding of recruitment practices, candidate sourcing strategies, and selection techniques.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively liaise with clients, candidates, and the wider Pertemps team.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritise in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
