Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join a Technical Operations Team responsible for managing Avaya services for their Global Service Desk.
Key Qualifications (Essential):
Proven experience in technical operating and support, including Avaya Communication Manager and/or other Avaya systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Linux (Red Hat) operating systems.
Knowledge of telecoms and IP networking.
Demonstrated ability to work within IT industry standards, with an analytical and systematic approach to problem-solving.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Avaya applications, such as Experience Portal (IVR) and Application Enablement Services (AES).
Knowledge of protocols like HTTP, TCP/IP, H.323, SIP, and voice codecs G7XX.
Familiarity with web and application servers (e.g., Apache, Tomcat, Microsoft IIS).
Proficiency in reporting applications, including Avaya, RMG (IVS), ServiceFlow, and Excel
