Job summary
The RoleThe Office Solutions division of 24-7 People Solutions Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Services Assistant on behalf of our clients based in Melton Mowbray. The main duties of the role include:-
* Answering incoming telephone calls from customers/ clients wishing to place an order or enquire.
* Responding to customer emails
* Taking payments over the telephone
* Dealing with all enquiries on products and services
This is a temporary role until approx. January 2024.
The role is to start immediately.
The Hours (please SPECIFY your preference when applying!)
* Full Time - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (1 shift available 8am - 4pm) with 1 in 3 or 4 Saturdays. 5 days per week.
Your Profile
In order to be considered for our role of Customer Service Assistant, you must have a minimum of 2 years recent office-based experience in the same or similar role.
You will consider yourself friendly, bubbly, approachable and a generally nice person to work with an excellent telephone manner and be IT literate.
Due to the location of the role, you will ideally have your own reliable transport.
The Salary
£10.42 per hour + Holiday Pay
