Job summary
Vision for Education are looking for reliable and committed people who are looking to build a career in working within schools, as a Teaching Assistant in the Colchester area. We are offering a set number of places for our National Teaching Assistant programme in January 2024.About the role
You will receive training and support and in the final stage be offered a 5 day placement working within a primary school in Colchester. Once you have completed the placement we will be able to offer you either day to day, short term or long term TA work. This is a great opportunity for someone who has always wanted to work as a TA but never had the hands on experience of working within a school.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Trainee Teaching Assistant you will:
To hold an enhanced DBS check or be prepared to undergo this check with Vision for Education
To be reliable, resilient and a team player
To be committed, motivated and passionate about working with children
Be proactive and a good communicator
Complete the required training and participating in ongoing CPD
Be reliable in both attendance and punctuality
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
