Position: Electrical Engineer (will consider Electrical Project Manager)Location: Based from Warrington Offices on a large, new-build residential scheme in Manchester City Centre and then other locations throughout the North-West

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum + Car Allowance
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer or Electrical Project Manager (building services) to join our dynamic team based initially in the Warrington offices. The successful candidate will be primarily involved in a large residential scheme located in Manchester City Centre until February/March 2025, followed by engagements in various other projects throughout the North-West region.
The procurement is complete and installations are well underway, current tasks are maintaining the ongoing activities to programme, and preparation for energisation, testing, and commissioning commencing around Feb 24 with final handover around Feb-March 25
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
* Oversee and manage electrical installations on a large residential scheme in Manchester City Centre until February/March 2025.
* Lead and coordinate ongoing activities to ensure adherence to the project schedule and specifications.
* Work closely with the project team to maintain a high standard of workmanship and quality control.
Programme Maintenance:
* Monitor and maintain project timelines, ensuring all activities are executed according to the project schedule.
* Identify and address potential delays or issues proactively to keep the project on track.
Preparation for Energization:
* Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure all preparations for energization are carried out efficiently.
* Conduct thorough inspections and tests to verify that all electrical systems are ready for energization.
Testing and Commissioning:
* Oversee the testing and commissioning phase of the project, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during testing and commissioning activities.
Regional Projects:
* After the completion of the Manchester City Centre project, contribute to other schemes throughout the North-West region.
* Apply expertise to new projects, offering valuable insights and ensuring successful project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience in electrical engineering, project management, or a related role.
* Familiarity with residential projects is desirable but not essential.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and industry best practices.
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive salary range of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum.
