Are you an experienced LSA/Learning Support Assistant looking for a new challenge?

TeacherActive are proud to be working with schools within Lichfield who work closely with children who have SEMH needs and are actively looking for Learning support Assistants who are confident and supportive of children who have Autism, ADHD, ASD, and display challenging behaviour, so exceptional behaviour management skills are a must.
If you have a strong passion for supporting and encouraging children who have SEMH needs, and you can confidently inspire and encourage these children as well as provide support based off their individual needs and requirements then our roles are definitely in need of your skill set.
The role will include:
Assisting the teacher with classroom preparation
Work with pupil who requires additional support
Leading group work
Helping the class teacher with pupil observations
