Tutor/Assessor for a UK leading training organisationSector: Logistics
Salary: £30,000
Package: 21 days of annual leave + bank holidays (plus a Christmas shutdown), a pension scheme, a company-provided laptop and mobile phone, and mileage allowance. A full driving license and the use of your own car are essential for this role.

As a thriving and forward-thinking business, they deliver Apprenticeship Programmes across the country, serving a diverse customer base of local, national, and international companies.
As a Logistics Tutor in our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of apprentices in the logistics industry. Your responsibilities will include a mix of face-to-face, remote, and workshop delivery, which will require travel to various sites. This role is based in the Rugby area with work from home.
Competencies Required:
To excel in this role, you should possess the main competency of Management Level 5. Additionally, you should have the ability to:
Communicate effectively at all levels within a business.
Motivate individuals to achieve their Apprenticeship Standard, guided by SMART targets.
Demonstrate strong numeracy and literacy skills to support learners.
Be self-motivated and adept at managing your own diary.
