We are working with a dynamic and growing company who specialise in wealth management and tax planning (Financial advice) and they are excited to welcome a new Financial Planning Administrator/ Trainee Paraplanner to their team. This could be in a full or part time capacity (e.g. 4 or 5 days)

As a Financial Planning Administrator/Trainee Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting a dedicated financial adviser. Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing and submission of new business
* Completion of client servicing processes
* Dealing with client queries and liaising with financial product providers
* Undertaking relevant research for the financial adviser
* Managing client documentation and ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulatory deadlines
* Coordinating meetings and appointments for the financial adviser.
* Providing general administrative support
As a financial planning administrator/paraplanner you will have:
* Ideally have experience as a paraplanner OR related supporting administrative role in a financial capacity
* Strong numeracy and organisational skills as well as attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience of using CRM databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

* Base salary of up to £26k (depending on experience) plus bonuses (worth up to £8.5k of which £3,600 is non taxable) if full time.
