Description
Managing and maintaining the accounts receivable ledger.
Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
Processing customer payments and reconciling accounts.
Following up on outstanding payments and resolving discrepancies.
Preparing financial reports related to accounts receivable.
Liaising with other departments to resolve customer queries.
Assisting in the preparation of audits and external reporting.
Helping to improve processes and systems within the department.Profile
