Salary / Rate of pay: up to £150 daily
For our client school based in Longfield, we are seeking to place multiple Coordinators of Learning in different subjects to start as soon as possible. This is a temporary ongoing position.

As a Coordinator of learning, you will be passionate and dedicated to supporting students throughout their learning experience and securing the best possible outcomes for them. The role is further supported through a membership of the Academy which provides regular teach-meets and co-operative training sessions within the Academy to facilitate staff and student growth.
What's involved?
Experience teaching in a secondary school.
QTS with a Humanities specialism.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
A proven track record of success in engaging and motivating young children.
Strong classroom management skills, creating a positive and productive learning environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
A flexible and adaptable approach, readily embracing new situations and challenges.
A commitment to inclusivity and differentiation, ensuring all students feel valued and supported.
