Job summary
Temple Recruitment are currently looking for a Full Time Construction Administrator to join our clients office in Northampton.Office hours are 09:00 17:00 (37.5 hours per week) and the role will be full Office based.
You will be the first point of contact for all verbal, written and face to face enquiries.
You will triage and deal with all enquiries in a timely and polite manner providing a first-class customer service to our Public Sector, Commercial and Domestic clients. Developing relationships with customers to maximise satisfaction levels and manage expectations.
You will be responsible for efficiently handling and raising incoming orders, which arrive via phone, e-mails, and customer portal(s).
* Raising orders, via our CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management software).
* Complying with Clients SLAs
* Data entry, updating and adding notes/information to existing work order(s) on the CAFM system.
* Assigning work correctly and efficiently.
* Raising and distributing invoices accurately and within KPIs.
* Effectively communicate with relevant departments to ensure an efficient & effective customer experience.
* During holiday periods or other busy periods, it may be necessary for you to take over some duties normally performed by other colleagues.
Experience is not essential although it is desirable to have exceptional customer service skills and be computer literate, with excellent communication skills and an eagerness to learn and develop within our fast pace and growing company.
Salary is negotiable dependent on candidate experience
