Job summary
**Job Summary:**We are looking for an experienced and curious Head of Performance Marketing to join our direct-mail clothing business based in Brampton, Cumbria.
**About us**
WCF Home Shopping is multi-brand / multi-channel mail order, established for over 30 years, selling quality mature ladies and men's clothing over 4 brands. 30% of our revenues come online, with the remainder via telephone and post. As our Head of Performance Marketing you will join our data-driven team and be responsible for optimising our marketing response rates and order value from our catalogue mailings, devising off-the-page advertising to maximise customer acquisition, and ensuring all offline marketing activities are tracked and achieving our commercial objectives.
* Do you have proven experience of new customer acquisition?
* Do you have demonstrative experience of marketing to B2C?
* Do you have experience of contract negotiation and tender processes?
* Do you enjoy analysing marketing performance to make commercial decisions?
