Job summary
A manufacturing company is looking for an accomplished Purchase Ledger Specialist to join their busy Accounts Payable team on a temporary basis. Operating within a small team in Farnborough, this collaborative working environment and an output focused culture offering hybrid working. The initial assignment is expected to last for 2-3 months.What will the Purchase Ledger Specialist role involve?
High volume entry of Purchase Ledger invoices;
Cash allocation and manual/automated payment runs;
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving supplier queries;
Nurturing relationships with suppliers, business partners and internal stakeholders to improve efficiency of purchase Ledger function;
Dealing with purchase orders.
Suitable Candidate for the Purchase Ledger Specialist vacancy:
2+ years within an end-to-end Purchase Ledger role;.
Experience working with purchase orders and SAP;
First rate interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills;
Available to start at short notice 1 week or less.
