Job summary
2nd Line Service Desk EngineerMy client, an established Manged Service Provider based in Oxford, are looking for a 2nd Line Engineer to join their rapidly growing team. As a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer, you will be responsible for handling support and repair tickets from clients and managing and maintaining client's infrastructure and cloud services.
Salary: Up to £35,000
Duties:
Provide remote support to clients, troubleshooting software issues via telephone and email
Checking and resolving backup issues
Building and deploying workstations and servers
Managing repairs in workshop from PCs, Servers, Macs, and any other IT equipment.
Key skills:
Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022

Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
SaaS and Cloud based services
