Key Responsibilities:
Ensure equipment works to specification.
Make improvements to operational procedures.
Coordinate work to tight deadlines.
Create and carry out test procedures.
Investigate and diagnose faults, providing repair solutions.
Troubleshoot issues effectively.
Write reports and documentation.
Provide technical support.
Train client's maintenance and operation staff when necessary.
Attend customer's sites to verify correct project installations, both electrically and mechanically.
Conduct electrical rotation checks, IO checks, sensor calibration, and ensure correct pneumatic formulations.
Collaborate with Project Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and Software Engineers as required.
Liaise with Electrical and Mechanical Contractors during installations to ensure work meets standards.
Produce daily site reports and ensure timely submission to the Project Engineer.
Maintain a daily log detailing site progress and issues leading to successful completion.
Highlight potential issues early and provide fixes when available.
Conduct routine servicing and calibration visits at customers' sites in the UK and worldwide.
