Senior National Account Manager - Home Based | 1 Day / Week in Midlands Up to £60,000 + PackageFutures are excited to be working with a premium, high-quality, and niche health & beauty business with an impressive product portfolio. This business is the number 1 brand in their category in the UK, have achieved 350% growth since 2018 and have exciting NPD plans coming in to 2024. With strong listings across UK Grocery, High Street, Online and B2B they are hiring for a brand-new role, a Senior National Account Manager.
Reporting into the Sales Director, you will manage the businesses top tier accounts across Grocery. The likes of; Asda, Morrisons, Sainsburys, Tesco and Waitrose. Alongside this, you will manage a team of 2 of a National Account Manager and National Account Executive.
Key Duties Include of a Senior National Account Manager:
Full P&L responsibility for Top 4 Grocery retailers
Lead and motivate the sales team
Work alongside the Sales Director to deliver a successful sales strategy, focusing on account growth of existing retailers, new business and NPD
Develop and implement POS & merchandising solution to raise brand awareness instore
Key Experience & Skills Required of a Senior National Account Manager:
A minimum of 4 years experience within National Accounts, with experience of managing Top 4 Grocery customers
Experience or an interest in the health & beauty industry
People management experience would be desirable
Ambitious and entrepreneur spirit
