Marketing Manager Permanent Full time Hybrid Salary package £40-50k DOEAre you in a Marketing role and looking to spread your wings and progress into a Marketing Manager role? We have an exciting opportunity for an established, growing company in Redditch who are seeking a Marketing guru for a brand new role. The Marketing Manager will plan and oversee the implemation of all marketing activieis and support the sales team specifically and the company generally to help drive the development of the business.
What will the Marketing Manager's day to day duties consist of? What skills and experience will I need for the Marketing Executive?
* A track record of successful B2B marketing experience is essential.
* Ideally, you'll have experience within the packaging or manufacturing sector.
* This role thrives hand in hand with our sales team, so a sharp commercial focus is crucial..
* Full working knowledge of MS Office is a must, and familiarity with WordPress or similar platforms is a bonus
* A team player who is equally comfortable working autonomously, taking the lead, and making decisions within established boundaries.
* Possess the ability to collaborate productively with colleagues, building trust and consensus within the organisation.
* Embrace our culture of learning and growth, with a 12-month training and coaching plan offered in partnership with an external marketing company
