Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Commercial Administrator to provide essential support to our commercial team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient operations, managing documentation, and facilitating communication within the commercial department. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen interest in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
* Documentation Management:

* Organize and maintain project documentation, contracts, and correspondence.
* Ensure timely filing and retrieval of documents for easy access by the commercial team.
* Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.
* Contract Administration:

* Collaborate with the commercial team to administer and monitor project contracts.
* Track contract milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
* Assist in the preparation of contract variations and amendments.
* Communication and Coordination:

* Facilitate communication within the commercial department and with external stakeholders.
* Act as a liaison between the commercial team and other departments.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring accurate minutes are recorded.
* Financial Support:

* Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets.
* Track project expenditures and report on variances.
* Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate financial records.
* Compliance and Regulation:

* Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
* Assist in ensuring that projects adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
* Knowledge of construction contracts and project management is a plus.
