Do you want to join our growth journey? Are you ready to walk the extra mile to create results? Dinex is looking for an Area Sales Manager to grow our aftermarket sales both in the UK and Ireland, by increasing our current market penetration and exploring new market potential.

Additionally, the Dinex Group has sales companies in Spain, Italy, France, Germany, UK, Poland and Serbia.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Area Sales Manager, to help drive the business forward.
Area Sales Manager - Roles and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for sales performance, customer relations and budget achievement for allocated area / customer accounts.
* Build and maintain ongoing customer relationships focused on targeted sales growth by being actively present in the field (min 4 days a week).
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Prepare weekly visit plans and hold regular internal follow-up reviews to enable customer/company priorities.
* Prepare and present customer proposals, reports, communications as required.
* Support internal sales support to provide cover as required
* Ensure utilization of our customer relationship management tools. (Targit, Sales Excellence & CRM)
* Attend trade shows/exhibitions and represent the company.
* Travel is required throughout the UK and Ireland. And occasionally to other Dinex locations globally.
* Continuously provide feedback on customer and market trends.
* Have a high drive and desire to create results.
Area Sales Manager - Experience and skills:
Skills for Success:
* 2-5 year's experience in the Automotive / Commercial vehicle sector within a sales environment.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
* Good organisational skills.
* Analytical data awareness to spot trends and opportunities.
* Building and maintaining good relationships with customers.
* Proactive, confident and self-motivated.
* Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure follow-up.
* IT knowledge (MS office, special excel and e-commerce)
* Basic technical understanding of automotive products.
Experience:
* Automotive aftermarket experience preferred.
* Experience within a field sales role, or experienced internal sales role looking to progress career to external sales.
* Full UK Driving License.
