Registered Nursing Home Manager Overview:
Fantastic opportunity for a strong Registered Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager / Registered Manager looking for a new challenge.
On behalf of an award winning organisation, Cureyoursearch are currently looking for a CQC registered nursing home manager to oversee a small nursing home based in Manchester. As CQC registered manager you will inherit a very well run home that has had an established manager for many years.
There is no need to reinvent the wheel here, we are just looking for a strong leader to offer a smooth transition of leadership and ensure stability for both the employees and residents.
My client is also happy to consider strong deputy managers ready to step up!
Location of the Registered Nursing Home Manager role:
The office home can be accessible from Manchester City Centre, Didsbury, Chorlton, Stockport, Fallowfield, Trafford, Wythenshawe, Altrincham, Salford, Oldham, Rochdale, Tameside, Hulme and surrounding areas.
The Registered Nursing Home Manager Candidate
3+ years of experience managing or leading in a social care setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to social care and making a difference in the lives of others
The Registered Nursing Home Manager Package:
Salary up to £50,000

The Registered Nursing Home Manager Interview Process:
The interview process for this role will be one stage.
Stage one Microsoft Teams interview (informal)
Stage two Face to face meeting at the home.
