About the Role: As a Behaviour Support Worker, your pivotal role involves promoting positive behaviour and nurturing a supportive learning environment tailored to the unique needs of school students.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
Assisting teachers in implementing effective behaviour management strategies.
Providing individualised support to students facing behavioural challenges.
Collaborating with the school's SENCO and other professionals to develop customised intervention plans.
Fostering the overall well-being of students and contributing to a positive school ethos.
Qualifications:
Relevant experience of working in an educational setting.
Understanding of behaviour management strategies and their application in a school context.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
Relevant qualifications in education or psychology would be advantageous.
