Design Manager Super Prime ResidentialMy client are a long established, financially secure main contractor who have forged an excellent reputation for delivering projects of the highest specification within the Prime Residential marketplace.
They are one of the largest privately owned contractors in this prestigious sector, and have a very good working environment, which is personified by their very low staff turnover.
Their projects include both new build and refurbishments of large country houses, rectories and manors in the Home Counties and South East, as well as grand residences in London.
My client are currently seeking a Technical Design Manager for their North Hampshire office, due to a period of expansion and a number of recent project wins. The initial project is a super prime residence located in Marlborough.
The successful Design Manager will manage the design process on projects, delivering to production teams technically complete and coordinating construction information in accordance with the project programme.
Candidates will plan and manage design activity for the project, provide detailed review of designs, and understand clients requirements and aspirations.
AutoCAD or equivalent design software experience is beneficial.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record, as well as a stable career working on various high end residential projects.
You will be joining a highly experienced and well-established team, working on prestigious projects of high value and complexity.
This is a permanent position, and my client are looking for a Design Manager who want a long-term career with them, who are ambitious for career progression and would help develop the team.
