Job summary
Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic supply teacher assistant to join our team. As a supply teacher assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our teachers in delivering high-quality education to our students.Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Assisting teachers in preparing and delivering lessons
- Supporting students with their learning activities and homework
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment
- Providing feedback to teachers on student progress and areas for improvement
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and proactive attitude toward working with students and teachers
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with different teachers and classrooms
