Are you a sales professional within the automotive aftermarket who is tired of selling your product on price? This isn't your average area sales manager role with an average automotive aftermarket company!
Our client is one of the worlds largest manufacturers of original equipment passenger cars and commercial vehicles in the global automotive industry, a valued supplier of safety-critical components to the majority of vehicle brands and a driving force in replacement braking products for OES and the automotive aftermarket.
As the area sales manager for the South East region, you will:
* Grow and develop passenger car (PC) and commercial vehicle (CV) sales in line with budget expectations of the UK.
* Identify all profitable growth opportunities for PC and CV product groups within the South East region.
* Develop long-term customer relationships with buying groups, national accounts, key accounts independent motor and CV factors and distributors.
* Work closely with prospective and existing customers by understanding their needs with the prime objective on business development and sales growth.
* Assisting the customer in growing their market share.
* Assist the customer in stock profile recommendations, including new to range parts and range extensions.
In return the company will offer you a salary of £42,000, bonus, car/car allowance, 4 x salary life assurance, 26 days holidays plus bank holidays.
You can be based anywhere in the South East as long as you live in the following areas:
Peterborough, Norfolk, Suffolk, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Essex, Kent, London, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Berkshire, Cambridgeshire.
It doesn't matter if you are from a manufacturer, supplier or factor background - you're ability and desire to grow within a Tier 1 manufacturer is what matters.
