Communicating across various departments to ensure orders are accurate and shipped within a timely manner
Providing exceptional customer service from queries, order booking through to order updates
Ensuring product information is available on the system along with the correct instructions
Processing and submitting invoices to the customer
Monitoring credit control throughout the order process
Preparing and managing all shipping documentationRequired Skills & Experience:
