Sales Administrator Doncaster Up to £22,000Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a well-established, successful manufacturing business based in the Doncaster area who are actively seeking an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join their bright and dynamic team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business within a varied role, where you will receive full support and training. Youll work closely across the Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Production teams to ensure a seamless order process.

Communicating across various departments to ensure orders are accurate and shipped within a timely manner
Providing exceptional customer service from queries, order booking through to order updates
Ensuring product information is available on the system along with the correct instructions
Processing and submitting invoices to the customer
Monitoring credit control throughout the order process
Preparing and managing all shipping documentationRequired Skills & Experience:
Clear and confident communications skills
Customer focused with the ability to deliver a high-quality service
Enthusiastic and motivated teamplayer, able to work cross-functionally
