This is excellent opportunity for an organised professional to join a successful, family run business based in Sandbach. We are on the lookout for a bright and capable co-ordinator to support the project and installation teams as well as offer customers excellent service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to liaise between departments internally to ensure that all involved are completely clear on the progress and requirements of each project at all times and that everyone has a strong understanding of what it needed to move forward.
Responsibilities/ Duties to include -
Processing Projects from order stage through to completion
Work closely with Project Manager & Project Consultants
Managing Project documentation including H&S documents
Booking and Arrange meetings where appropriate and ensure actions followed up
Prepare the information needed for dispatch and instructions for engineers
Monitoring each projects progress & updating schedules
Project completion checks & invoice submission
Filing completed project documents
Manage hotel and overnight bookings for the off-site engineers
Experience
Experience in project planning, scheduling, handling changes
Good verbal, written and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook
