Due to their growth and strategy, they are looking for a senior Project Manager with experience delivering world class, turnkey design and build projects to the life sciences sectors in the £0.5-15 million range.

As a key figure in the company, you will have ambitions to take ownership and aid growth of the business in South of England, which is fortunate to see significant public and private investment in the life sciences sector.

You will initially utilise resources available to you (in the Swindon office) to ensure on-time and to-cost design and delivery of current projects for key clients. In the near future, and with the support of the Director, manage the inception and growth of a multi-disciplinary team in Oxford.

Your responsibilities:

Selecting and securing profitable projects, working with the director to understand the full extent of an enquiries success rate and technical risk to establish a secure route from enquiry to completed project.
Manage the technical delivery (through design and construction), utilising and supplementing existing resources to establish a turnkey design team that will lead the design process through to a completed, fully integrated solution.
Leading the commercial aspects of our commitment to a particular client from initial design fees through to the overall capital cost of a project.
Provide leadership on projects and inspire your project team, to expand the south of England operations. From time to time there may be a requirement to support other projects within the Group.You:

Designer Contractor - ability to make transition from traditional contracting to specialist contractor? This will be a challenge but will be very rewarding if the candidate can make the transition.Your benefits:
