The successful candidate for the HR & Training Administrator role will be responsible for providing HR and Training & Development administration support to a professional standard and leading a HR and Training digitalisation project.
Responsibilities for the HR & Training Administrator role include:
* Implementation and record maintenance of a digitalised HR and Training system
* Working closely will colleagues to action HR queries
* Carrying out recruitment and on-boarding processes; including retention strategies through internal development
* Providing support to the manufacturing team for the delivery of internal training
* Event management support for employee recognition events
Essential Experience:
* Experience of working in a HR/Training & Development department, or a related role
* Excellent IT skills
* Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards)
* HR Employment Law practices
The successful candidate for the HR & Training Administrator role will need to be highly organised with excellent attention to detail. They will need to demonstrate professionalism along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
