Executive AssistantBrook Street are looking for an Executive Personal Assistant for chief executives and Directors at a well established, educationally driven client. Working with this team, you'll be in charge of your own time and diary management, providing administrative duties and creating high quality documents and taking a lead in social media. What will you do as Executive Assistant?
Provide proactive and confidential support to the directors
Produce agendas, distribute papers, and take minutes
Manage diaries, prioritising workload and resolving conflicting appointments
Document creation using the in-house platform and SharePoint.
Order and track items, ensure receipts are kept and invoices are paid
Ad-Hoc administrative dutiesWhat type of skills/experience do I need to be considered for this role?
Previous experience in an EA/PA role
Project Management experience advantageous
Ability to create and maintain great working relationships
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Ability to create documents using a variety of software packages.
Experience working in Education or in a school setting advantageous
Excellent IT skills
