Customer Service Executive office based for 6 months out of swaffham and then relocating to DerehamMonday - Friday 8AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities - Customer Service Executive
* Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally via phone and email.
* Handle the processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Provide information to customers regarding the company's services, including pricing, available options, and service terms.
* Update customer information and ensure data accuracy in the customer database and CRM.
* Work with other departments and internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery to customers.
* Address and resolve customer complaints and issues professionally, aiming for customer satisfaction and retention
