Vacancy - Sales Manager - Leeds AreaWe are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to head up our client's prestigious sales team in the Leeds Area.
Basic - £36,250
OTE - £69,250
5 day working week between 8:30 - 18:00 with every other weekend off.

The role:
As a Sales Manager you will provide coaching and assistance to maximise sales volume and profitability whilst exceeding customer expectations. You will develop sales plans and budgets to achieve agreed targets. You will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives ensuring the Department is managed in a professional, profitable manner.
Main Duties:
To manage the activities of Sales Executives to achieve vehicle sales, profit targets, plans and budgets, ensuring optimum use of all material, financial and personnel resources.
To identify and improve customer service levels delivered by the sales team.
To have thorough knowledge of the complete product range including new technologies and have knowledge of our competitors.
To provide guidance and training to the team to improve their performance on prospecting, sales presentation, negotiating, closing and product knowledge to ensure that all Sales staff are doing their jobs effectively and confidently.
To provide regular reports on sales activities, follow-ups, prospects, forecasts and new customers.
To ensure staff comply with all sales processes and remain compliant with all required regulations.
Candidate Profile:
To have excellent communication skills to communicate credibly with our customers, colleagues, and senior management.
To have proven selling, analytical and problem-solving skills.
To be able to develop rapport and trust with customers and to resolve conflict situations calmly and reasonably.
To have a passion for customer service, have a process orientated approach and be professional and well presented.
To have proven experience of working in a franchised motor-trade environment either as a Business/ Transaction Manager or Sales Manager.
To have proven leadership, managerial and people development skills.
Must have the right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.
