Are you looking for a fulfilling & rewarding career?Vibrance has an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our exceptional team in Colchester. You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis, 30 hours a week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £16,317 per annum (£20,125 pro rata), plus benefits.

About the Support Worker role:
Smithfield is a registered care home providing 24-hour care for adults with learning and physical disabilities.
Were looking for a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care.
You will maintain high standards of service, provide emotional support and help residents to live a full, active life both at home and in the community.
Working Hours:
30 hours per week with a mix of early, late and some nights, on a rota which will include weekends and bank holidays.
